Building types included in the masterplan ranging from XS (beach shelters) to L (Conference Centre). This group of buildings also includes an additional series of medium sized structures which have featured in more detail as part of the scheme and house changing facilities, cafes and artist studios.
All the proposed structures share a common design language that is distinctive and contextually derived; establishing a collective identity.
